NEM 3.0 Take Effect April 13, 2023
Utility companies are lowering solar credits for new solar customers so they can put more money in their pockets.
If you apply to go solar after April 13, 2023
You will be earning 75% fewer credits from the utility company.
This means battery backup will be required to make your solar system worth the investment because your credits will no longer offset your.
Plus it will take you longer to get the return on your solar investment.
